The airport receives a number of international carriers including Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Air Asia, Air Macau, Asiana Airlines, Jetstar Asia, Lao Airlines, Korean Air, PMTair, Royal Khmer Airlines, Bangkok Airways and Vietnam Airlines.

Arrivals

When you touch down at Siem Reap airport you will have to walk a short way outdoors from the plane to the terminal building.

When arriving in Cambodia you can apply for a Visa on Arrival at the desk just inside the immigrations area. A tourist visa costs US$20 and US$25 for a business visa. You need to complete the visa application form and submit it along with your passport, one photo and visa fee. Your application and passport will be handed around to up to eight different people so don’t worry if you see this happening. Your visa should be granted after around 10-15 minutes. You will find two ATMs just near here and immigration should you need to withdraw the visa fee.

Eating & Drinking

From October 2010 – March 2011 retailer SajiBumi which operates restaurants, bars and cafes in airports in Malaysia and Singapore have established a number of new food and beverage outlets in Siem Reap Angkor International Airport. The new outlets include international brands such as Pizza Company and PHO24 and some local brands like The Blue Pumpkin and FCC Bar.

Entertainment/Activities/Facilities

For a small fee of US$8.00, passengers travelling on all airlines in any passenger class can enjoy the 300m2 Le Salon lounge. Facilities include all-day food and beverage services, internet access through wi-fi and inbuilt tabletop PCs, international newspapers, magazines and TV, music and comfortable seating. Le Salon Lounge is located on the first floor of the international departures hall.

In the departure hall free internet access is provided at the Free Internet Corners. Telecommunications are provided through ONLINE and BBG services should you wish to call overseas from the post office where you call also post those last minute postcards.

Smoking rooms and prayer rooms are also available for use in the international departure hall.
